Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Care Instructions: Machine wash warm with like colors. Non-Chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry medium, remove promptly.

I ordered three of these pocket tees, colors were better than the photos, size were spot on, I would have given 5 stars , but one tee was cut shorter than the others as I ordered the tall size. I will order again.
