We currently offer FREE Ground Shipping for all orders shipped to a business or residential address within the U.S. We currently cannot ship to PO/APO/FPO or non-U.S. addresses.

All items begin processing immediately upon order placement. Non-customized items will ship within 1-2 days and customized items will ship after branding services are completed. The customization timeline varies by product, service and can be impacted by volume fluctuations.

Returns

If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase of non-embroidered items, we will be happy to accept a return. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags. To begin your return, click the returns link from the order history details found on your account or click the link below and enter your order number.

We can only accept returns from orders placed on companygear.carhartt.com. All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase and may take 7-14 days for the credit to appear back on your account. Large returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions about returning your products.

Please contact us immediately if a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Custom orders that include embroidery or screen print cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned unless the product or service is determined to be defective in accordance with Carhartt policy. Please contact Carhartt Customer Service immediately upon receipt of goods to review any issues with your customized items. Please include pictures and other details that showcase the reason for the return request.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately upon order placement from the website and activities such as product fulfillment, logo file set up, logistic arrangements and labor are activated at that time. This allows us to complete your order as quickly as possible. The digital proof process allows for minor logo edits to ensure the best representation of your design but does not support order changes or cancellations. Please review your order very carefully and read our full terms and conditions before placing your order.
