Returns
If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase of non-embroidered items, we will be happy to accept
a return. We
do not
accept
exchanges at this time. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being
returned
must be in their original condition with the tags.
Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns
from
purchases made
on companygear.carhartt.com. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your
account.
Original
shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once our warehouse processes your return, a credit will be placed back onto
the card
that was used at time of purchase.
Custom orders that include embroidery cannot be modified, exchanged or returned unless the product or embroidery
is determined to be defective in accordance with Carhartt policy. Please contact Carhartt Customer Service immediately
upon receipt of goods to review any issues with your customized embroidery items.

STEP 1: Begin by entering your order number and email address.
STEP 2: Select the items and reason for the return.
STEP 3: Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your return package so we can process the return.
STEP 4: Attach the Return Address Label found below the Carhartt Return Copy to your package.
