I am very happy with the look, fit and quality of the jacket. The only exception is that the fabric is sewn to close the the bottom part of the zipper, on the insertion pin side. This makes it hard to connect the two sides of the zipper. I will learn to deal with it and not exchange it for a new one. I'm glad that it seems to be made the same as my old one. The jacket was purchased to replace one that was given to me about 20 years ago. (Thank you John N. SMW Local # 100, Wash. DC.) It finally wore out enough that it wasn't very useful anymore. I expect that this one should last the rest of my life, since I plan to retire in a few years.

Good jacket, not like the old one.

I had to return it and order another one because of the size, I first ordered M because that is my regular size, but it came larger, specially the sleeves. I am 5'4'' -170lbs. Unfortunately the color also changed when ordering the replacement, I have now the brown, but the stlye is great and the relaxed S fits me perfect

Picked up the J01 Duck Detroit Jacket and it definitely lives up to the reputation. The quality is solid-heavy-duty material but still comfortable once you break it in. It has that classic rugged look that works with almost anything, whether you're dressing it up or keeping it casual.

Our fire district has approved this jacket for our members. I purchased 3 for myself and my crew. These jackets are stylish, comfortable, warm and rugged. They look great, hold up under a lot of wear and tear and are easily washed. The variety of pockets is appreciated.
