Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

So nice you won't even want to wear it to work

Bought as a gift for my friend who is a welder and he loved it so much he doesn't even want to wear it to work and risk ruining it! He has since worn it to work anyway, and always brings up how great the quality is
