Best backpack I've ever had, it has ample room for all of my school/work gear, it's a great backpack to travle with as it is large, rain proof and durable.

Love it. I bought one of these about 20 years ago and had used it for travel extensively. After that long and that much use, a seam started to split. Time for a new one, which I hope lasts just as long. They have slightly changed the pockets, and added some features which I like. I expect it will last as long as my previous one.

This bag does a great job of handling the every day needs for the office along with travel trips. You can easily fit in lap top accessories, clothes and shoes without having to worry about overstuffing another bag. I found myself wanting to bring this bag with me everyday after a few uses of it and it stands out in the best way possible with it's style and overall functionality.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: there is nobody better! We all know what kind of quality you can consistently count on with Carhartt. But their customer service is right up there too. I had this backpack for three years. It has been a fantastic backpack: roomy and efficient and sturdy. There was always a slow "unthreading", though, going on near the seams. I contacted support and they stand by their product. PERIOD. I now have a brand new replacement. The people I interacted with by email were blazingly prompt, good natured, helpful, and patient with me as they guided me in the gathering of the necessary information. I was kind of doubtful that, after three years, they would still stand by it. No problem for them. All I know is that my friends will always hear me recommending Carhartt. I will be ramping up my shopping with these guys. Truly exceptional!!!
