Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Irreplaceable shirt jac

My husband wore out the prior version of this shirt jacket because he wore it daily for years. We would have preferred to replace it with another tan colored shirt jacket, however the new version is only available in blue or black. We were delighted, however to be able to buy a new one.

The perfect work jacket

I have gotten more use and compliments out of this jacket than anything else I own. I work as an emergency medicine doctor and where this as a work jacket in the ED and it's perfect. Tough material, carries what I need for my shift (pens, notebook, trauma shears, etc), doesn't get too hot, and looks as professional as it is functional. Absolutely love this and will buy more in the future. I am 6'1" and weigh 195. I'm in that medium/large gray area. I got the medium and it fits perfectly.
