Love to the short end seams wouldn't even mind the 26 or 27 a lot of short people out there way to go guys

Bought two pairs from a local store, one pair frayed and tore at the crotch/zipper seam within about two weeks. Second pair tore the same way about a month later. The fit is great, and they look good, but there's definitely a fatal flaw there... Don't get me wrong, I could lose a couple pounds, but I'm not exactly stretching the seams there, and I buy a couple sizes bigger in the waist for concealed carry anyways. Sure, I might be able to have them repaired, but I've been wearing Carhartt as long as I can remember and never had a problem until now. It's disappointing...

Did you love your old Carhartt relaxed fit jeans? I sure did. Favorite pants ever. So when they got worn, I purchased two more pairs of these. Same size, expecting the same experience. What I got instead was pants where the legs are significantly tighter. They absolutely do not fit the same way. I guess the problem is the old ones were "Relaxed Fit" and these new ones are "Relaxed Straight." Problem is, they don't sell the "Relaxed Fit" any more. Joke's on me. Now I have two pairs of pants that think they are masquerading as leggings.
