How to Measure

CHEST:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Not good since design changed.

These used to be my favorite shirts and worn them everyday, but they have changed the sleeve design. It claims to have a ragland sleeve but that is only on the back. The fit is too loose now, too. Seems the quality in general has gone down. Bring back the old design, please!

I don't care for them. They're not lightweight like the other three I have that I love. I have COPD any material that's heavier affects my breathing and they're not really what I thought there would be. The lady said it was medium weight and that would be the same as lightweight and they're not.
