Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

T-shirts

My daughter bought one similar for me last year and I thought I was purchasing the same shirt. It was much heavier and provided more warmth and I thought I was purchasing the same shirts. After receiving my order I found that my new t-shirts were much lighter. I also noticed my new purchase did not have cuffed sleeves that I admit I did not see that difference on the website when I placed the order. And based on the price for these t-shirts I was little surprised. I did go back to the website and searched again for the heavier t-shirt thinking maybe I could make a trade but couldn't find them so I figured maybe they were discontinued. I'm sure they are nice shirts but for the money I'm disappointed.
